Q1: Find a book on your bookshelves with a blue cover. What made you want to pick this book?

Other than the cover being utterly stunning! – It was beautifully written and I adored it. Nothing left to be said.

Q2: Think of a book that you didn’t expect to enjoy, but did. Why did you read it in the first place?

Uprooted is a long-winded book and has quite a lot of hate – I read it to see what all the hate was about – but I loved it! It was like a Brother’s Grimm tale and so dark!

Q3: Stand in front of your bookshelves with your eyes closed and pick a book at random. How did you discover this book?

I heard a lot about this book on social media, so on my next trip to Waterstones I picked it up – needless to say I did not regret it! I went back for the sequel the week after!

Q4: Pick a book that someone personally recommended to you. What did you think of it?

I was recommended Skin Deep by a relative and I just so happened to spot it in Tesco – It was such a lovely story. There were sections where I cringed a little but I do love cheese! I’ve read it about five times since.

Q5: Pick a book that you discovered through booktube/bookstagram/book blogs. Did it live up to the hype?

I saw ACOTAR a while back on a book blog (I can’t remember who) and it sounded interesting. I read it this January and it took four days I believe, so yes it lived up to the hype! I bought and read the sequel within days.

Q6: Find a book on your shelves with a one-word title. What drew you to this book?

I was drawn to Caraval because the description was intriguing. When I received it in a Fairyloot box I was ecstatic! I’d planned to go out and buy it on it’s release. It’s one of my favourite reads this year!

Q7: What book did you discover through a film/TV adaption?

I watched Twilight when it came to the cinema’s and when I found out it was a book series about vampires, I obviously had to buy it!

Q8: Think of your all time favourite book(s), when did you read these and why did you pick them up in the first place?

Ok so my all time favourite book series is Harry Potter! I fell in love with them when I was a little girl and my mum introduced them to me, so they hold a very special memory for me.
